What to expect on your first visit
Your first visit will be a 90 minute appointment where we will discuss your health and provide treatment.
Through consultation, we can determine your condition and health goals, and work with you to create a unique treatment plan that is effective and suitable for your lifestyle.
We recommend the following to prepare for your appointment: loose comfortable clothing that can be rolled up far enough to expose the elbows and knees, no brushing of the tongue, and a light meal within 1-2 hours before treatment.
Our medicine works best when you commit to a series of treatments. The amount of treatments needed depends on the condition of the individual. A minimum of 3 treatments should be expected.
Follow up appointments will be 30 to 60 minutes depending on the modalities utilized.
The state of California recognizes licensed acupuncturists as primary care providers. Most insurance companies do provide coverage for our services.
We are not directly billing insurance at this time; however, we will provide you with the proper documentation to seek reimbursement in the form of a Super Bill.
Full payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
We require 24 hour notice upon cancellation to avoid fees.
